Engine, oil cooled and oil heated till the weather was warmer for working on liner removal.

The cause on this one same antifreeze used and never changed for years.
Worst I have carried out for removal and seen.

The first one we did had to be machined out $$$$$ .
The O ring had obviously failed and the DPO just kept on putting Chemiwled ( or similar ) in till the leak stopped

Trevor, the liner was well lubricated before disassembly, run with a mix of a little water with cutting fluid and light hydraulic oil in the cooling system hence the oil cooled and oil heated.
worst I have carried out but able remove in one piece.
If it had not worked the last resort would be to shrink the liner with welding but that's another story.
Randy block ok
