One of my neighbours has a small leak in his garden tool shed.
He mixed sand in old enamel paint and painted the roof. The idea is that the paint finds the leak and seals it.
It actually worked. Not sure how long for though. Still if he gets another couple of years, then that's the felt money staying in the bank longer.
I prefer to get a mate on mates rates to pour hot tar.
Lovely smell hot tar
