My car (4523) had an aftermarket remote central locking. I lost the only fob I had. So now I am trying to fit a replacement, door lock/unlock OK but I cannot get the boot to lock/unlock. I wonder if anybody has any ideas?

What year Spirit? Does the boot lock through the normal way, not using the fob?
