Where can I find bolt torque specs? Currently need specs for bolts holding exhaust manifolds to head.

They're 1/4 inch, no more then 3 foot lbs.
RR never did post torque specs, not even for the nuts on the studs for the engine head.
In this case, I just snugged mine up by feel.
You would be hard pressed to get anything in there other then an open end wrench, so a torque wrench would be rather useless.

Keep in mind too, that the threads are worn on both the studs and the brass nuts, so even at 3 pounds, you may strip out your brass nuts.
That's where doing this by feel is better, you can't feel a nut letting go with a big clunky torque wrench on there, even a small one that uses inch pounds.

I made all new studs on my car out of stainless steel, the one end in the block is BSF and the other I went with standard 1/4 28.
This allowed me to use stainless nuts.
I made the car look stock by making steel sleeves to mimic the brass RR nuts.

Also, the studs are threaded into the block, not the engine head.
