Silly me pressed the print button twice, by the time I realised what was going on and hit the "cancel" button on the printer, almost half of TSD 2476, up to chapter G, P13 was sitting in the tray.

It's a shame to piff it out, if anyone is interested, I'd be happy to post it within Australia with my compliments.
