I really would like to have one of the very early cars, the chrome interior door handles, the picnic tables, narrow body, chippy dash, 4 speed. See this https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C949848 |

I might know of an early T for sale but it needs a lot of remedial work. The owner asked me to fix some of the problems for next to nothing, but I said it was not worth spending time patching it up - it needs restoration. Last time I looked it was a runner. Interested? If so I will find his address/telephone number and chase it. The car is near Weston-super-Mare. Alan D. |

Alan, thanks, were in a rented house while relocating, my '74 Shadow is still at the old house, I'd be right in the dog house if I bought another! I was just admiring that one. |

There's a nice looking T1 (1972 RHD) coming up for auction in the UK as part of an executor's sale. It's at D T Matthews near York. Guide price starting at £6000. |
