Hi. Ok I need you guys yet again. I dismantled my carb assembly to paint the air horns and center tee. I got new seal rings (o rings) for the air horn-tee joint, and included in the kit was a "tool" to install the air horns in the tee. It is simply a somewhat stiff plastic strip, which I assume is used to slip the end of the air horn past the new O rings. Trouble is, the joint is so tight I can't get the strip out of the joint after I struggle it together. |

Well, yes, but that did not seem to do the trick. I am going to try some shim stock next. |
