Over riders are made by pressing wallop and one over rider ready for internal bracket and closing panel with triangle hole.
Press tools are expensive. And 10k quid for the press tool is about right. What happens if the stylist changes his mind.
So how was the very first Shadow or Cloud over rider made.
I don't know.
But imagine the over rider split vertical down the middle. A craftsman could beat out to matching halves and weld together.
This is seriously skilled work.
So if any body wants to have a go the above method would work.
