Hello everyone,

As a couriosity of general interest for any Rolls Royce entusiast and just for your records for if anyone comes to Spain, here you are the most important collection of Rolls Royce Models all over the world. It includes one of the 18 Phantom IV. In Spain there are 3 more of these cars (the only one convertibe too) that are property of the State (this 3 were bought by Franco). I do not know the procedence of this fourth one in this private collection, that can be visited at

http://www.torreloizaga.com/

It is annunced as "the only one collection with each one unit of any model constructed by Rolls Royce"...

To see the cars in the collection, just click in the left side where "COLECCION" word id written.

Unfortunatelly is only in Spanish...

My translation

The past twenty-five of Julio, like every year now and in the occasion of the celebrations of the town of Galdames (Basque Pais), opened to their doors to the public the Tower of Loizaga, a fortification of the Xll century, that lodges in its interior one of the more spectacular collections of Rolls-Royce of Europe: nothing less than forty and three vehicles, one by each model of the made ones by this English house. In this impressive collection they emphasize pieces like a Silver Ghost of 1910, a Phantom IV of 1950 like the one of the Spanish Real House (coming from the real collection Kuwaiti '), a Silver Wraith of 1953, that belonged to the queen of England or a Silver Ghost of 1914 like which it belonged to Lenin and now is in a Russian museum. Also Silver Cloud, limousines, berlinas, cupés, convertibles, corniches, bodies of polished aluminum or style can be admired numerous art-decó... Kings, maharajás and millionaires have circulated around the highways of Europe in these vehicles that have arrived finally at Spain to constitute one of the best deprived museums of the national territory. Although the jewel of the museum is the magnificent collection of Rolls, is forced to also comment the presence of models of other marks, like a magnificent convertible Isotta-Fraschini that in happy years 20 shared with the Rolls-Royce the Maxima category in quality and prestige. Also they emphasize unit of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Jaguar, Cadillac, MG, etc. This collection has been visited for some months by the members of the Club of Enthusiastic of the Rolls, arrived in ferry from England with one hundred fifty vehicles from this mark, as well as by other famous fans like architect Norman Foster. We want from these lines to make arrive at the promoter of this museum, the request of which this collection can also be visited in other dates, which without a doubt will thank for all the fans.
